Superior Court of District of Columbia, United States

OCA brings this action regarding the deceptive labeling, marketing, and sale of Unilever’s Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Products as humanely sourced and environmentally responsible, despite the fact that ingredients are sourced from inhumane dairy farms and some of the Products contain traces of glyphosate. On January 7, 2019, the defendant's motion to dismiss is denied. The defendants have until 01/22/2019 to file an answer to the complaint.
