Negative
The Prosecutor considers that the criminal complaint does not give rise to the initial suspicion of a criminal offence, so no investigation is necessary.

Global 2000 complains against BfR and EFSA to the Berlin Prosecutor because the renewal of the glyphosate authorisation by the European Commission is based on a BfR report which is a plagiarism of the conclusions of the glyphosate lobby. The prosecutor dismisses the complaint.
